Welcome to YardMan Solutions™! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and outline the agreement between you ("the Client") and YardMan Solutions™ ("the Company"). By hiring or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

YardMan Solutions™ provides lawn care and maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal clean-up. The specific scope of services will be outlined in the service agreement or estimate provided to the Client.

2. Service Scheduling and Access

• Service schedules will be agreed upon with the Client in advance.

• The Client must provide access to the property during the agreed service times. Failure to grant access may result in rescheduling fees or delays.

• YardMan Solutions™ is not responsible for service delays caused by inclement weather, unforeseen events, or lack of access.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing will be provided in a written estimate or invoice before services begin.

• Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional fees.

• Additional charges may apply for services requested outside the original scope or for unexpected labor due to undisclosed property conditions.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is free of obstacles (e.g., toys, furniture, or debris) that could hinder service.

• The Client must follow any aftercare or safety instructions provided, particularly for treatments involving chemicals.

• The Client is responsible for informing The Olive Lawn Care Services of any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other potential hazards on the property.

5. Liability and Damage

• YardMan Solutions™ will perform all services professionally and with care. However, we are not liable for:

  • Damage to pre-existing conditions such as sprinkler systems, lighting, or landscaping.

  • Property damage caused by weather, pests, or factors beyond our control.

• If damage occurs due to our negligence, YardMan Solutions™ will repair or compensate for the damage up to the cost of the service provided.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The Client may cancel or reschedule a service appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

• YardMan Solutions™ reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.

• YardMan Solutions™ reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, property hazards, or uncooperative behavior by the Client.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

• YardMan Solutions™ will perform services to the best of its ability but does not guarantee specific outcomes, as factors such as weather, soil quality, and maintenance by the Client can affect results.

9. Use of Products and Chemicals

• YardMan Solutions™ uses industry-approved products and chemicals for treatments. The Client acknowledges that such treatments may require temporary restrictions on lawn use for safety.

• The Company is not responsible for unintended side effects due to the Client’s failure to follow safety instructions.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

• YardMan Solutions™ respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action.

• The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any legal proceedings will take place in the jurisdiction of the 17th Judicial Circuit.

12. Modifications

        YardMan Solutions™ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms            will be posted on our website or provided to the Client in writing.
