Before issuing a refund, YARDMAN SOLUTIONS™ reserves the right to attempt resolution, including redoing the service or providing alternate remedies. Refunds will only be considered if resolution efforts are deemed unsatisfactory.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain services or conditions are explicitly non-refundable, as detailed in the refund policy. YARDMAN SOLUTIONS™ is not obligated to provide refunds for issues that fall outside the eligibility criteria.

Refund Policy - The Basics
YARDMAN SOLUTIONS™, we are committed to providing high-quality lawn care and exceptional customer service. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. However, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

If services were not performed as agreed in the service contract or estimate.

If the client notifies us of dissatisfaction with the completed service within 7 days of the service date.

If there is clear evidence of negligence or errors on our part that resulted in unsatisfactory results.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction with results caused by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, soil quality, pest infestations, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Services that were canceled or rescheduled without the required notice (see Section 4 below).

Situations where services were rendered as agreed but results vary due to pre-existing conditions or other environmental factors.
3. Resolution Before Refund
Before issuing a refund, YARDMAN SOLUTIONS™ will make every effort to resolve the issue, including:

Offering to redo the service or correct the issue at no additional cost.

Providing guidance or additional care recommendations to address the concern.
Refunds will only be issued if the resolution attempt is unsatisfactory to the client.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Services canceled by the client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

If YARDMAN SOLUTIONS™ cancels a service and cannot reschedule within a reasonable time, the client will receive a full refund for the canceled service.
5. Refund Process

To request a refund, the client must contact us at yardmansolutions@gmail.com within 7 days of the service date.

Refund requests should include the client’s name, service date, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
